Default Football Exercises

I am 14 years old weigh 189 am 5'8 and I run a 4.9 40 yard dash I start high school next year and I want to play football I am okay at it. I just started working out so that next year I will be big. I have only a cardioglide and 2 twenty five pound weights and I have two ten pound weights. I have started this thing where I do 150 pushups a day I take my 2 25 pound weights and try to squat and I am getting board with these excercises I have flabby arms and I wanted to know how by my senior year some excercises I can do to get a six pack weigh 230 and run a 4.2 40 yard dash I need sommething I can do that will not stunt my growth and I have wanted creatine and other supplements what would be the very best thing for me to use and if creratine what are the advantages and disadvantages I want to know exactly how many of what excercises would help make me a more complete football player.
