Default Serratus Muscle Exercises

I was curious if anybody out there knows a way to target the serratus muscles using conventional barbell, dumbells, or just the body? I've heard of "rope crunches" or some-such-thing where you are on your knees and pulling down on a weight while touching your head to the florr but I have no access to a pully, gym or any such contraption.
