Default Time to begin... help needed

Ok so heres the sictuation I'm 15 years old, 175CM tall (5"10 or close) and weigh 55 KG (Or 115 pounds or close)
So in other words, I'm tiny. I've decided to start doing exersies before school, jogging, pushups, situps atc but have no idea were to start. Does anybody have any suggestions about eating, tecnique or the do's and don'ts?
