Default Tendon Impingement Problem When doing Weights.

So i have yet another injury problem!

I already have a bad lower back which = NO deadlifting or squatting at all.

and a poor tolerance level (fatigue easily) = can't do that many exercises or sets.

and i also also have a Shoulder Impingement in 1 shoulder.... had it for years when i played tennis... does anyone know about this?

I mean i'm considering ditching weights and bodyweight training completely and getting into maybe some swimming and maybe get some fitness and a little bit of muslce like that.... if my shoulder can handle swimming that is.

Anyone? suggestions... this is very demotivating... no squats, deadlifts, no barbell bench press, chest flyes, no tricep pressdown (lying triceps extensiosn hurts my shoulder a bit too), close grip bench definite no, dips no way, even deep pushups hurt... crunches hurt my lower back... as do leg raises....

I mean what am i to do Only 19 and i am fine just walking around in everyday life but with some minor injuries that are amplified by 1000 with weights.. should i quit?
