Default multi vitamins - synthetic vs "natural"

I looked through previous topics and couldn't find my answer. Forgive me if this has already been discussed Big Grin My ? is this, with technology the way it is today is there really a big difference between synthetic and natural and if there is why is it so difficult to find vitamins that are natural. Are they easier to find as individual supplements rather than multi? I would think it would be easy to find but after searching on the web even the higher quality sites vitamins were synthetic with natural herb additives. I'm asking this because my sister-in-law has non hogkins lympho for the 2nd time and has been researching supplements and health related foods. Any input and knowledge would be appreciated. I myself have been taking vitamin/minerals for years and never really gave it a thought although I do try to eat and drink supplements that are herbal in nature.
