I am just looking to get some advice from the experts on my goals and meal plans. I am hoping to make a transformation - it's definitely time. I would consider myself a newbie. I have done some research and think I know what to eat but still have trouble sticking to it. My goals are to get more definition, lost fat around the gut, gain lean muscle, and just feel better. I am not looking to get bulked/huge just some quality definition.
My revised meal plan:
1st meal: 2 eggs & 1 egg white, 100% whole wheat toast or 1/2 C oatmeal with fruit
Glass of water
Multivitamin
Fish Oil Capsule
