Default Too many calories in my protein shake?

I have been drinking the following shake for about 2 years now with some variations, but I decided to take a look at the calorie count in it today and it shocked me. Is it normal for shakes to be this high in calories and carbs? I only drink it post workout and occasionally for breakfast.

2 Scoops GNC 100% Whey
1 Cup Low Fat Yogurt
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 Banana
1 Table Spoon Flax Seed Oil

Looking into it this is what I found as approximate values.

Calorie count = 705!
110 (x2) Whey
140 Yogurt
90 Skim
125 (approx) Banana
130 Flax

Carb Count = 80g !
4 g (x2) Whey
27 g Yogurt
13 g Skim
32 g Banana
0 g Flax

Protein Count = 56g
20 g (x2)Whey
6 g Yogurt
9 g Skim
1 g Banana
0 g Flax
