I keep reading and well, KNOW I need to drop.....
this may be too obvious but...
lean protien- EXPENSIVE
fresh fruit/veggies- EXPENSIVE
big man here- eating out at lunch...a salad- 6 bucks in the drive thru- OR I can fill up or the 'dollar buffet'...I want to be full, I starve- then I might do even more dmg..
money is tight for all... would love to eat salmon, chicken breast, blueberries, melon and all the great 'best bets' foods..
then reality hits..
carbs are cheap(er) but they are killing me...(well you know what I mean)
pb&j is simple and inexpensive...
I keep hoping MH will do a (wonderful) 'ways to drop the weight AND stay in some kind of a budget' article...
I want and need to make changes but...$$$$
