I have not really taken supplements before except for amino pills when i was in the military , for weight training and sports( basketball , volleyball).
I now live in japan, teach english here, but want to start weight training again. a lot of the supplements that are described here, are outrageously expensive over here in Japan, but I am able to get Twinlab products fairly cheap. I am thinking about Mass Fuel, creatine Fuel, and MCT fuel and just wondering what you think of these products. are they useful or a waste of time?? I can get them through the Foreign Buyers Club, and shipping is cheap. I am 35, 6 feet 3 inches, about 220. want to keep the weight but lose body fat. will these products work? i know the question is probably been asked many times, but any info will help. thanks
