this is a cycle from a good source.he said i would make steady gains with little sides





week 1 10mg everyday
week 2 10mg
week 3 15mg
week 4 20 mg
week 5 20mg/15mg/10mg/5mg

and a good otc pct would be good enough 2 keep most of your gains and get u bk 2 normal.

what do yous guys think would like a diffrent opion.my friend told me it would be good he s 28 and been lifting for years.think he got advice from mick harts website not 2 sure tho he always goes on about it
