Default Iron for Vegetarians

I went veg four months ago and was wondering if I should be taking Iron supplements. I currently take GNC Mega-men Sport 2x daily (per label instruction). I eat 4-6 meals a day, sort of like Abs Diet, and replaced my meat/fish/eggs with tofu, edamame and the occasional veggie burger (or similar meat replacement). I do eat cheese and drink (cow's) milk.
