Default professional help for being stressed out?

You should seek professional help when the stress is prolonged.
If it is longer than your usual period of stress and you feel it's overwhelming, it can't hurt for you to consult with a mental-health professional or someone who can set you on the right track.

It doesn't mean that you're going to be in therapy for the rest of your life. It just means that someone with skills that you don't have can be a useful tool.

Any suggestions?
