The B-vitamin complex is good for stress.
Also, Omega 3,6,9 supplements are known to reduce cortisol levels. That's a hormone that is released by the brain during period of stress, and which can interfere with sleep. |

Yes, in case of chronicle stress, if it is not possible to get rid of this, then it is advisable to take nutritious food and maintain other things in life and follow a good life style. I think the main effect of prolonged stress can be seen on skin of body. This can lead to a premature aging. So it is beneficial to take multivitamins preferably from different kind of food materials.
