Default Nervous Rash

Is there anyone else out there that breaks out in a strange rash on the neck/chest when suddenly nervous or anxious? I have always had this problem and it is soooo embarassing to have everyone know when I am not feeling very secure. It will go away after I stop feeling stressed, but at the time it is very obvious.
Any suggestions??

Yes im sure there is - its quite normal to feel nervous in certain situations - attending a dental appointment - giving a speech - or lecture - recieving an award - if you notice at some award ceremies of tv such as globes ect - have a little look at carefully at the screen ..while those women and guys even it they are famous actors or personalities are not emmune to the creeping or rising chest rash and neck !! the only reason we can just about notice it is they are heavily "made-up" using cam make up powders ect ...to cover that and they are also having surgery to stop underarm sweating ..all the little tricks of the trade ...everyone gets a bit nervous from time to time ..take a few deep breaths and forget the rash ...or if you feel very uncomfortable im sure the dr could give you something just to stop that happening if you had an imprtant event to attend ...dates and stuff like that are triggers for it ..but its nothing to worry ...
