Default Anxiety causes redness and swelling on face

I get this painful rash of these red sort of blotches on my skin when I get anxious. They are not acne's but more like inflammation. They will take a week or so to go away when I get really anxious or have an anxiety attack. They always come in the same places.

I also get parts of my face that go numb and get tight and swell, this will subside in a day or two if I calm down.

I am a real mess at the moment. I had a breakdown a year or so ago and ever since been plagued with these painful red rashes/inflammations and numbness/swelling when I get anxious, angry, upset, I feel them coming on.

They have never totally gone away, they will come and go througout the day and if I have a good handful of days, they are almost gone completely and I think it is the end then they come back if I miss a dose of medication or try to cut down on Ativans.
