I think I have been suffering from anxiety for about 6 months now. It all started with a heart palpitation that ended up being nothing. I have had weird symptoms over the past months, but doctor sees nothing abnormal.(fyi I am a 20 year old female) last week my pupil dilated very oddly and wasn't a normal shape. Doctor recommended seeing an opthalmologist and he could see nothing for concern. Ever since then, I have had a terrible head ache that comes and goes during the day. Stress?? Anxiety?? I can't get the fear that it might a brain tumor out of my head. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this? Also, I do not want to take meds for anxiety relief, but it is really getting to me. Any other suggestion for relief? Thank you!

Hey,
Im no dr but i suffer from headaches quite often but just curious if you have light colored eyes and your pupils being larger than usual, that will cause more light to go through and cause headaches similar to what happens when a doctor dialates your eyes. now for everything else im not sure but certain diseases cause it or just trauma to the eye so dont assume the worst before you know trust me!! |

hi
You might want to make sure you're getting the right amouunt of sleep, water, good food and exercise. All of those things really make a difference in the fight against stress, especially the exercise. But obviously take the medical advice etc etc. Best of luck. |
