Default chest pains and chest aches

hi there i have suffered with anxiety for years, i was on fluxotine and diazapam from july last year then around decemeber i felt good. now it seems to be back again i have chest aches in the left breast area which is sore to touch and sore when i laugh or bend it also runs into my arm the ache, i am really worried as my father and his side of the family all have or had heart condition my dad had a heart attack at 29 , i am really stressed its my heart my wife has assured me it isnt and suggests its muscle tension and anxiety but i am worried sick - please can you give any advice
