Hi Cathy,

Don't overdose the paracetamol. when taken in overdose, the liver cannot cope with the excess and instead of metabolising it into a safe compound, changes it instead into a compound that is toxic to the liver.

Paracetamol is one of the safest drugs around for mild to moderate pain and fever.

So careful. And take care.

Actually headaches are bad if on-going so i agree, be careful of what you take and how often.

As for your girlfriend, well, its a time factor sometimes, two people working each other out, be honest with her and allow her to be back to you, if she nags, tell you it gives you a headache and to compromise and suggest only, back of if not required.

And if "she won't listen" then maybe she doesn't want to or for her reasons feels she has it covered, so there you have to compromise and "back of"...

That's the keys to all relationships as you obviously agree. "It's up to them"...

Hope your headache gets better.

Sometimes i feel we are talking to each other on here, but alas, i feel other's will start eventually.

Yes thank you ric, im careful what i take and how often, actually ive heard ibruprofen is excellent for those girly times of the month , you know tense , nervous headache, ovulation probs and the menstral cramps ...the PMT ...oh rejoice ..what a joy - i fear the time draweth near !
or two paracetamol and some good physical exercise is good for those times !

Yes ...relationships , men !!! some people get very heated over this subject , dont ask me why ??? ...regarding feeling as if we are talking to each other ? well men have got it right ...theyre keeping out of the girly talk ...do we balme them ? NO !!
