Default Going to sleep

I've been having a hard time going to sleep lately. For example, it's 1:30 AM, and I can not get tired. If i try going to bed, I just sit there, and try to force myself to go to sleep, but end up staying up for the next few hours anyways. What can i do to help me go to sleep better, without having to take any of those pills?

I have had many nights where I stare at the clock and I cannot get tired for the life of me. Invest in great sleeping equipment, nice thick pillows, down comforters, comfortable sheets. I have a tv in my bedroom and find it very helpful to fall asleep to tv; I will put the sleep timer on for thirty minutes and by the time it shuts off, I'm out like a light. Another option is to listen to trancey music or maybe classical or whatever you're into that generally lowers your heart rate. I actually did that the other night, and I'm sure it probably stimulates your brain subconsciencely.

Default Sleeping issues

I've been having issues sleeping lately too. I've noticed that whenever my sleeping patterns become irregular, or i lose sleep, and am up in middle of night, that I break out too. Does that happen to anyone else?
