Default Light Therapy Helps Older Adults

Older adults are less likely to get out int he sun and have good light exposure during the day.

This can lead to changes in their melatonin levels. Melatonin is necessary to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep.

Is this really helpful to prevent the sleep disorder?
