Default Sleep Paralysis & Waking Up Choking

I have quite bad sleep paralysis, i have a few episodes a week, sfter i have woken myself up out of the attack i'm really drowsy and find it very hard to stay awake and end up fallen back into another attack, the only way i can stop it is to get up and go downstairs for a while.

Recently though i have woken up a few times struggling for breath, it feels as though my throat has closed or i've swallowed something and i'm choking on it, my heart races and it's really scary
