Im not sure where else to put this other than here,
i have recently switched from a 12 hours day of being awake to a 36 hour. it happened by accident becasue it happened 3 nights in a row which i could not resist or i would have lost my job or friends. (rough week) but now i cant seem to switch back. what effect will this have on my health if i keep doing this. i dont feel as weak as i thought i would. muscles are a bit limp at times but other than that my mind seems mellow and Im fine otherwise.
is their any side effects or risks to this in fact? lifespan? heart problems? anything i should know?
