Default start of sleep apnea?

Hi,I really need some help as i can't get to my doctor quick enough.Last night i woke up twice finding it hard to breathe.This is the first time it has happened to me although iv been feeling constantly tired for years.Also i keep getting to the point where i jut about to nod off when i get jolted back nito reality with a feeling of pressure down my whole arm,or my chest,and recently in my head! when this happens i start to panic and probably make thins worse!Do you think all these things are connected somehow?Any ideas or anwers will be such a help.Thankyou
