    Default Typing in my sleep

I am on here because I hard a very weird experience. I was suppose to meet a friend online the other night. He lives in Germany so I had to stay up late. I however was tired so I laid down, and ended up falling asleep waiting for him. When I awoke I found I sent him two messages. The first one was "Hello" the Second one was "Good, I mostly sleep alone".
What bothers me is I distinctly remember going to bed on the couch waiting, and I have no recollection of getting up and typing those messages.

Oh my God, you have NO IDEA how happy I am to know that I'm not the only one this has happened to!

I'm a writer, and I find that this often happens to me when I'm working. I've also done it a few times during chatting as well. Sometimes what I end up typing is coherent, but just last night, in the middle of a chapter I was writing, I typed this:

"I don't intend to be alone with precious nipple."

... yeeeeah. I have no idea.

Other sleep disorders run in my family- sleepwalking/talking, and I have semi-frequent bouts of sleep paralysis. I wonder if this is related...

Thank you for posting this. When I googled 'sleep typing' I was so afraid I would come up with nothing!

This may be because of sleep disorders. If the thing happened only at once then better way you should ignore it. But if you continued with facing the same experience, you should visit a doctor. That would be good for you as precaution is always better than care !
