Default idiopathic hypersomnia and delayed sleep phase syndrome

i've been looking into sleep disorders and i'm pretty sure idiopathic hypersomnia and delayed sleep phase syndrome apply to me, but am not completely sure.
i usually sleep when the sun is out, and am awake when it's dark. so generally from 6am-8pm is my usual sleeping pattern. and often i am still tired even after having so much sleep.
for as long as i can remember i've been like this.
can anybody help me out with some suggestions as to what i may have and what to look into?

i'm not sure if this information is needed at all, but just in case, i'm 17 years old, female, and weight about 108 pounds. i'm a vegetarian, eat healthy, take my vitamins, and exercise.
