I find myself (rather like I am now!) still awake at stupid times and just cant go to sleep. Once I get to sleep after a long time tossing and turning I just cant get up in the morning.
I am on anti depressants and have been for a while now, I am aware that these can effect my sleep and cause insomnia.
My doctor gave me some very mild sleeping tablets which do work but give me a nasty taste in my mouth for the whole of the next day, which to be honest id rather stay awake! Lol
the weird thing is some nights I fall asleep really fast and other nights I cant sleep at all. It drives me mad!! But the more stressed I get the harder it is to sleep.
Any ideas on how to help me sleep better and get up in the morning? Ive tried hot baths, cocoa, no tv in bed, relaxation exercises, inscence candles.... Etc etc etc :?:
