Default constant tiredness

This doesnt have to do with a sleeping disorder, but I think I might have really bad overtiredness. Let me explain my story. My apologies if this doesnt count as the right section.

For the past month and a half, Ive been feeling lightheaded, and Ive been feeling like I was sort of in a dream, overall, not really myself or "clearheaded". My mom thought it was anxiety, and thats what I started to beleive as well, so I started to just stop focusing on it so that the anxiety would pass. I would have periods where I would feel almost completely better, but not quite. I was talking to her about it tonight and I came across something very interesting. I noticed that since this has all started, I constantly feel tired! I feel fatigued all the time, I feel like I could go lie down in my bed at any time of the day, and go to sleep reasonably easy. Im like walking around like a zombie sort of.Im also ALWAYS yawning, HUGE yawns too, haha, at least three times a minute, no joke. I have regular sleep patterns now, I sleep for about 8 hours, but before when this JUST started happening, I had really bad sleeping habits. I have gone to the doctor describing my feeling (I didnt tell him about the constant tiredness) and he said it should go away soon. That was about a month ago, and Im going to see him in about two weeks time.

Im sorry if this sounds dumb, Im not 100% sure this is the right forum, but can someone please help me out? Thanks.
