Hi I was reading up on lobal epilepsy which manifests with me as a sleep disorder. I do not enjoy the experience but what happens is i wake up in two places as the same person and for some considerable time i have great difficulty knowing which is the real me, obviously it is the one still in bed, once this is acknowledged i have to break the cycle by grunting and groaning until my wife brings me out of it. Then to break the cycle i must drag myself from bed sometimes with great difficulty or the cycle continues.
I am 62 years old and have suffered for at least 50 odd years and the greatest relief was the diagnosis and the knowledge that my experiences were
pure Hallucinations. If theres anyone who thought like me they were a loony, see your Doc. ( " now where to tonight !!!)
