Default Bed shaking after falling asleep!

Hi lately i have been having some serious sleep issues. About 3 months ago i started a new job working 12 hour midnights. 7 days on then 7 days off. At the same time my fiance started a traveling job where he is only home 8 days out of the month. The first 4 times it happened it was over about a month and a half. I thought it was my cat at the end of the bed but the 3rd and 4th time it happened i looked down and he wasnt there. It happens within the first 15-30 minutes of going to sleep, i will wake up to my bed shaking below me. So finally the fifth time it happened i wanted to make sure i wasnt having siezures or anything. I sat up in bed, started eating some peanuts and drank some water and switched the channel on the t.v. So for a while i stayed at my mothers and aunts house and it didnt happen. But then it evnetually did. Now it happens everynight. Even when my fiance is in town. Just last night i took a nap on the couch and it happened. And i called him over but he said it really wasnt shaking. i have also made sure to talk out loud when it happened and i can function fine. It does go away after about 10 seconds of sitting up. But one time i didnt sit up and it continued. I have researched this for months now and i have not come across a post like mine. Every other one says that they are paralysed and cant speak. I have no idea whats going on. If anyone has gone through this or heard of this please post back!
