Default New mattress advise?

Hi

I've had some problems sleeping for the past few months, and sleeping pills have not worked. I'm starting to wonder whether it is a problem with my mattress and that this is making my night uncomfortable.

Could someone advise a decent mattress for me that might make sleep a bit easier?

I would never say that taking sleeping piss is a good idea if you are having problems sleeping, the best way is to follow the 100+ articles available on the internet the give you tips on ho w to get the best night sleep, 1 tip for example is to avoid watching TV directly before going to bed.
