Thanks for your help! I've needed a new mattress for quite some time now, as I've had trouble sleeping with my current one (sleeping pills did not help), so I might take a look at this website.

I find new mattresses rather uncomfortable, I prefer them after the have been "broken" in so to speak, my current mattress is around 1 month old and is just stating to meet my standards for a comfy mattress.

thats a great point davidfield ..thanks for raising it ! ...many people are not aware new mattressess have to be "broken in " even the most expensive ones ! its worth taking the time and the effort to do this ..When purchasing a new matress ...do take along your partner and have check for things like bounciness if you like a fairly hard one ..prefer a soft one ..personally ..i prefer one on the firmer side with a little bit of boinkiness in it ...

When you get that home ..after the first month ..do "turn the mattress" by that i mean flip it over and use the othe end opposite to the side you have had your head on ..also do "air" a mattress regularly by removing all sheets and leaving the windows open ..they are also easy to steam clean for that extra freshness and left standing next to an open window for a day ..i use a politi steamer on mine ..very hot steam thats just making sure that as well as regular clean linen the mattress is also kept in pristine condition ...a fleese or lambswool mattress protector or a down comforter will make things extra comfortable and prolong the life of a mattress ...
regards

Good evening Samee ..hummmm this is an unusual question ..but ..nevertheless it does not mean its not significant . Yes...im sure a mattress could be of considerable help to those wanting weight loss or improving thier general fitness ...firstly ...if you do have a a fairly big one ..actually trying to lift that up and turn it or put it up against the wall ..is good excercise ...as it quite hard work and will "break a sweat" ...so will time spent steaming it ...its like a work out ...good for fitness and combined with a healthy diet and regular excercise ..should contribute to helping a person to loose weight .
Regular love making sessions is great for cardio, health and fitness and can contribute to significant weight loss as well as being good for general health and happiness and wellbeing ...

well good luck ..enjoying your matress and dont forget good sleep is essential ..to have the engergy to perform the above as well as facing the day !
