Default Trouble sleeping

My problem is, i have been on school holiday since early june, and I have been careless about my sleeping habits, during all this time i've let myself stay awake until very late (or early when u consider I usually went to bed at 7am) and slept until like 4 pm. I know I created some bad habits, but now, i'm back to work, and I need to get my body to sleept well. I don't know what's going on, because for the past two nights, I feel very tired and sleepy, but I just can't get to sleep... I stay wake or sleep very lightly and usually wake up during night feeling like I haven't slept yet... what's wrong with me? I'm completely wasted and tired... but my body just seems to refuse sleeping.
