So first I thought its just a minor thing , and that it will change fast , but now its over a month and it still doesnt change .
I have been waking up at around 5:00 no matter when I go to sleep , how tired I am etc etc .
I wake up tired and in 5 minutes I fall asleep again!
Thing is ... Ive been reading that sleeping with breaks / wakings are bad for you and to be honest , I really dont like it ... I dont know what Im doing wrong .. I have problems with insomnia aswell but only on days that Im stressed , and now at weekend I wasnt stressed and I still woke up at like 5:00 . Its just annoying ... Ill be very happy to hear something like " if you fall asleep in a few seconds again after waking up or 2 minutes its ok " but I think its not true and I read something that I wont be able to get to REM sleep again or something like that .
I go to sleep +- 45 minutes at the same time every day . I am a very nervous person and have problems with insomnia .
I really dont know what do to , or if I should do anything about it , if its a big problem or anything .... All I heard was a similair problem , but that the people couldnt sleep again after waking .
Please , any help will be appreciated .
