the last month i've been asleep or halfasleep and having random 1or 2 second strokes which i cant control its happened 4 times this month and today i think one was triggered by a very bright light or what i supposed although i could of imagined the light as i was asleep but it did sseem very real.

the night before i also had a dream that what i thought was my brother (even though i didn't see any1s face and my brothers in coventry atm) pushed down on my chest and i couldn't move atall when i tried to attack the person.

please help!
