I often oversleep, particularly on weekends when I can. While I have read a number of things about how to address this problem, and establishing routines, I haven't been able to find anything about what to do immediately when you do oversleep. I always feel so groggy for the rest of the day and sometimes have a headache, and if I'm not disciplined, I'll just keep going back to bed and having "naps" (for an hour or so). Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to effectively counter this "oversleeping" grogginess? Thanks very much
