Default Chinese Kongfu therapy curing sleep disorder

Sleep disorders mainly are caused by two factors: Mental and physical. But in a word,it is caused by imbalance of your mind and your body.
By my personal experience, Chinese Qigong or chi kung is a good way to remedy the problems.
It's not a quick remedy or dosage. It takes patience and tranquility of mind.
Qigong is an aspect of traditional Chinese medicine involving the coordination of different breathing patterns with various physical postures and motions of the body. Qigong is mostly taught for health maintenance purposes, but there are also some who teach it as a therapeutic intervention.
I am planning to offer more articles about how to practice Qigong to handle sleep disorders in my blog sleepwiki.blogspot.com .
