Default Americans sleeping more, study finds

I am 71 and have been retired for about 10 years. I get between 6 and 7 hrs of sleep per night and take a few short cat naps thoughout the day. When I was working, I got about the same amount of sleep and took a nap every day at noon time. Co workers at the Post Office were amazed at how full of pep I was when I came in off the street. I still sleep like a log and wake up ready to run. I believe that the issue not covered by all the experts is what each individual body needs. Stay away from stress and you don't need as much sleep. Smile a lot and laugh at the idiot that wants to ruin your day.
