the opus, swift II, and original swift straps all ride up on the back of my head when i sleep and i wake up 5+ times a night to move them back down into place.

the only remedy i have found for this is to pull the straps so tight that when i get wokenup by my nostrils hurting instead.

i accidently found a temporarily solution recently of shaving my head down to the skin, this keeps the straps in place through the entire night and they never move whatsoever...

however, once my hair gets about 3 weeks worth of growth the straps go back to riding up on me again.

with a shaved head the straps kind of "stick" in place as if they were glued on me or something, they literally dont move a centimeter all night.

i really dont want to keep my hair this short as a long term solution....

does anyone know how to keep the headgear from moving or of headgear alternatives?
