I remember this night my GF, my mates GF, and I were down the beach in his panel van sleeping four abreast, here's me and my GF trying to make out in the middle of the night trying not to wake up my mate and his GF up ...

Well by the morning my balls were aching really badly - this is what they call "blue balls".

It's caused by being eroused for a long time without ejaculating.
