You don't expect me to write an essay like you did, do you?

The key to it all is staying there, in that 'ZONE', there are Zone trainers and predominately, they train on "the zone" for work, sport but it also works in the world of sexuality and sensuality.

To be in a total state of sensuality, means you:-

1. Learn and then do - love yourself
2. Have no boundries
3. As you "love yourself" you love every part of your body as well
4. As you love every part of your body you experiement more
5. As you experiement more, you discover things about yourself and feelings you never ever knew.
6. Therefore, you FEEL - which is being in the "zone"
What do i mean? You feel the chair you sit on, the texture, you feel the food your eating, the smoothness, taste..

Now when a man :eats a woman; he can then feel, taste, experiment, discover as can she...

By me remaining in that "ZONE", also means, i must constantly feel, not think logical, refrain from feeling negative and turn everything into a positive and as such: I don't stress, i tell it how it is, i don't gain weight as i love myself, so i am conscious with food, as i love my body, and don't want to be over weight and sometimes, the food looks sexy, for instance, i cut away at octopus, then realise the touch is slimy, the look is long and wide, get my drift, now i sound gay....

I was injured in 1999, i always suffered pain, now i get back to feeling sensual, if it comes about, but mainly it doesn't because i am feeling sensual and so i don't experience that pain any more....

From sensual, you feel sexy and down right horny, sometimes all three at once, other times, one of the other, sexy or horny.

Sexy: Desiring, lusting, feeling, wanting.
Horny: Animal instict - to take or be taken there and then.

Added all the last bit in so you didn't come back and say, so what's the difference of being sexy or horny PAUL/HARRY/TOM or whoever....
