Mine definitely are not sensitive at all, I haven't been with a girl who seemed very interested in them either. if one wanted to play with them for a little I won't complain, but I would get annoyed if she took a total break to focus on my rather uninterested nipples.

None of the men I have ever been with have liked their nipples played with. They said it just doesnt feel as good as it does for women. And my bf now says he especially doesnt like his played with because when he was younger he had nipple rings and they (accidently) got torn out and that makes them sensitive to the point of pain. Dunno how true that is but Ill just take his word for it...
