Is there any relation between premature ejaculation and PROLACTIN hormone? please tell me remedies?

I have prolactin (28) more than double to normal limit. I can do intercourse for 1 minute for 1st time and for 1 and half minute for 2nd and 3 rd time.
i have been taking SERTA (sertraline hydrochroride)-50mg in the morning. And herbal medicines in the noon and night. But no use. Please help me. How many months canserta tablet be taken?
