Default Premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is the common sexual problem which affects nearly all men at some stage in their life. The main cause can be psychological- anxiety about the possibility of ejaculation before, during or straight after penetration. Premature ejaculation often occurs during the first experiences with sex but majority gradually learn to control their orgasm.

Increasing the number of ejaculation with the help and understanding of the partner or by masturbation can be of benefit to achieve control gradually. This is brought about by using the squeeze method in which the partner gently but firmly compresses the end of the penis to halt impending ejaculation. when both partners feel ready, ejaculation can then be allowed to proceed.

I'm in my 40's and have dealt with this since high school. Many times ejaculating while simply making out. Does the masturbating to just before ejaculating actually help build control? The squeeze technique mentioned above sounds like that could cause some damage and possibly hurt. Is that safe? Anybody out there who can share a success story that has actually built up control after living with premature ejaculation?

What ever happened to Kegal exercises?

Kegals are the muscles that enable you to stop urine flow.

If you exercise your Kegal muscles on a regular basis, it should help quite a bit.

Squeeze and hold for a ten count. Do that ten to fifteen times each day, three or four times per day and you should realize significant improvement.

No gym membership or fancy equipment needed. The nice thing is that no one knows you're even doing them.

Longer foreplay should be good enough.

Default length

and no...10-20 minutes is quite normal. Premature usually means in the first few minutes. Yep, kegels, conditioning through foreplay and longer jerkin' sessions helps.

10-20 minutes is absolutely normal in my eyes! Don't think what you see in porn-movies is the average...
