Yes. But oral sex doesn't always have to be just a warm-up for intercourse, its quite a fun activity by itself.

So how can I make my partner do it to me, she said it is grouse that's why she doesn't want to do it?

Perhaps your GF might need some councelling ..i mean if even the mere thought having that much of an effect ..Just only in my opinion ..normal , loving and passionate sex should include this for both partners ..nobody *has* do any act they dont feel comfortable with but speaking as a woman i would of thought nthis was "automatic" with no prior thoughts if the desire for the partner is there !! ..Perhaps she has had a bad experience in her past , if so then perhaps she should see somebody about this. But its polite and nice not to hurt the partners feelings by being so blunt !! ..I would think about where the relationship is going and would you be happy in the long term ?
