Default Shaving

Ok the facial hair above my lip never fully comes off whenever I shave. When I rub my finger down wards on the hair it feels like its just skin, but when I slide my finger up I can feel the hair stick up and there is kind of a lot.

The only technique that get its fully off is taking my razor, holding it upside down, and shaving upwards on the skin. Is this okay to do? When my dad taught me how to shave I remember him saying something about shaving like that can cause in grown hairs.

If anyone can help me out that'd be great.

That's what I do, I shave down with the grain and then back against it. If you have a decent beard growing I'd put shaving cream on twice...that's how I was taught anyway lol

Yes, you have to shave both ways to get it all. Or get an electric.

I'm pretty sure ball-bearings are not part of a healthy diet. But thanks for spamming, asshat.
