ca i ask y u want ur penis straightened?it is very common to have a curved penis my boyfriend has the same problem,is it because u r worried girls will laugh or something because trust me curved penis's feel better then straight ones,but as for ur question i very much doubt there are any pills or devises,the only thing i can think of is surgery!!!
