Default masturbating

What are your views on masturbating? I think it is a bad thing to do. When a woman does it, it causes her body to lubricate for days afterwards making it uncomfortable for her, not to mention the fact that masturbating is over stimulating. I think it releases too much energy (more so than 2 person sex) speaking from the chakra point of view.
I think it's even more detrimental to men. I once new a man in his thirties, which I think is still young, and he was impotent! I know he masturbated an awful lot and I think that it had something to do with his impotency.
Masturbating just seems so unnatural to me. I don't think it was mother nature's intention for human sexuality. What do you think?

That's a bunch of ****. If masturbating was a sport, I would have been in the Hall of Fame. I used to hear that you would go blind if you did it too. I would have lost my eyesight in high school. As far as the symptom that you mention, it couldn't be further from the truth. And Thank God for that!

You can masturbate as often as you like. Masturbating has no negative effects on your health or your fertility! I am not sure how you have come to the conclusion that it's bad for your health. It's definitely not bad for your health!

Masturbation is not bad for health. So dont worry about its effect on your health or on your fertility. It is a perfectly harmless activity.

It's perfectly natural and good. It helps to let off steam.

I think masturbation is great for your health, it helps me relieve stress and it certainly feels good. I do get a guilty feeling afterwords as well though...and I can't seem to think why.

Studies have been shown that if the penis isn't exercise enough that it will lose its capability. A resent study has also show that impotence can be a precaution for a stroke or heart attack, that means bad circulations.

I have seen articles that say that it would be wise to have at least one good hard-on a day and morning hard-ons don't count.

With all that said....I would love to be able to have sex everyday instead of masturbating, but realistically that isn't up to me alone. My wife has the other say on that.......which sucks. And I'm not going to cheat....

With all that said....I think its a natural form of simulation and the only thing, usually, holding someone from masturbating usually is their religion. Again that is your personal chose and I can respect that. That's why I will never cheat on my wife
