Love my man but the sex sux!

Help! I have someone who I love very much in my life but our sex life sux. He's smaller then what I'm used to but nothing I can't work with and I can't read him in bed. I've always thought I was good in bed but with him I don't feel like I'm doing anything right. It just feels very disconnected. I've talked to him about it and he does make an effort to make it better. I just never had to work this hard, it all kinda just came together with my ex boyfriends. I don't even get turned on anymore because he dosn't like kissing and that's one of my biggest turn ons. He's wonderful so I don't want to give up but I hate feeling like this. I'm a very passionate person and am getting frusterated. He's starting to get effected by my frusteration too.
