I am a lay sex therapist who has helped many young men and couples with an embarrassing but very common problem - premature ejaculation, which occurs when the male ejaculates in as little as 10 seconds after he enters a woman (or even before he enters). Some of this problem is due to the newness of the sexual excitment associated with having intercourse with a female, and I dare say that it has happened to every guy at some time in his life. But no one wants to talk about it.
I have developed ten techniques which I have passed on to young men who have sought my advice on this problem, and many of them have been cured or helped greatly. Some have even named their kids after me in gratitude.
I have posted the ten techniques in other forums and in PMs to persons, and I will also post those techniques here:
1. Counting thrusts. Since guys really screw with their brains and not their penises, the more you divert your attention from what is going on in your delivery system down below, the less likely you will ejaculate prematurely.
Thus, one way to retard orgasm is to count every thrust inward, and focus your attention on the counting and not what your penis is feeling. Try to reach 100, and then start over again. Or think that you are screwing someone really repulsive, and not the beautiful female under you.
2
. Kama Sutra technique. Thousands of years ago, Indian gurus pioneered the technique of thinking of your penis as drawing something out of her vagina, not ejaculating something into it. Premature ejaculation is clearly not just a modern problem.
3. "
Sets of nine" - My favorite technique. Do eight shallow thrusts, each 2-3 inches into the vagina, and then one deep thrust to the hilt, pubic bone to pubic bone, then seven shallow thrusts and two deep ones, then six shallow and three deep, etc. until you are doing nine deep thrusts. This is most pleasurable for both of you, as the first two to three inches of her vagina are the most sensitive, and the deep thrusts are the ones that bring the penis closest to orgasm, as the frenulum (the stringy thing in the "inverted v" under the glans) and shaft skin are stretched the most, causing greater arousal. If you can, do another set of nine and then another.
4. Ejaculate earlier. In the hours before the intercourse, ejaculate by masturbation (or have an earlier intercourse). Sperm buildup (each of your testicles produces about 10 million of the little tadpoles every hour) heightens the need to ejaculate, and if you have just spent your load, it will take longer to cum a second time.
5.
Lessen glans sensitivity. Use techniques which will lessen the sensitivity of the glans (head) of the penis, such as desensitising cream (whether or not you are using a condom). The most sensitive parts of your penis are the reddish-colored coronal ridge encircling the back of the glans, and the frenulum in the area surrounding the "inverted v" on the underside of the glans. Touch these areas yourself to verify this.
6.
Less foreplay. Do less foreplay, especially that involving your penis directly, before having intercourse.
