Is there a such thing as public sex etiquette?

By that I mean that when you're in a situation where you're engaging in mutual sexual activity with a complete stranger or with a group of swingers, is there a "non-verbal" agreement that says you're obligated to pleasing each other?

...Or, are there an entirely different set of rules for some sexual encounters, versus other encounters.
